The DOTDOTDOT.FRAME is made from hardwearing ash wood sourced from sustainable sources. It comes with 96 holes and an expanding range of accessories, offering complete creative involvement in the construction of the product. The production process of the DOTDOTDOT.FRAME involves planning and drilling ash beams using a custom CNC machine. The joints are done with domino, and the frames are clamped in a custom jig. The frame dimensions are 2000 mm x 740 mm x 40mm, and it weighs 8 kg. The frame can be anchored to a wall with fixing pegs or lean against it, and no tools are required to change shelves or accessory fixtures.

The DOTDOTDOT.FRAME was developed in London between November 2014 and August 2015. It was exhibited during the London Design Festival at Tent London in September 2015. The design was inspired by the need for versatile furniture that can adapt to an individual’s modern lifestyle.
